I'm actually surprised it took Putin this long...the crypto/ICO market has Russian flavors baked right in (for better or worse).
Excellent way to move money in and out of russia without anyone knowing! Don't know why they did not do this sooner.
So does this spell trouble on a global scale? Can't see how furhter corruption/collusion can lead to good things... (ツ)_/¯
