CoinTLDR is not an ICO tracker, but there is a project list on the main page:
CoinTLDR feature is project review made by CoinTLDR teams. To get a report, you need to leave your mail. An example of such a report for the SunContract project:
The most interesting part of the report is the section where CoinTLDR writes how much money they will invest in the project, exit strategy, and briefly write pros and cons. The last review is dated June 30, 2017, it's unclear when we can wait for new reports.
UrbanCrypto
