1. I can't see the code, and I'd love for the wide security community to evaluate after things like the DAO. There is always a risk with "smart" contracts.
2. I am unsure of how such huge gains will be made, I believe the performance fund may be the most interesting, yet I do my own investments in ICOs myself obviously, but the huge language is hard to reconcile with reality.

The statement of high profits not possible in the old economy is very confusing. There are many existing funds, that achieve high yields for investors in traditional markets like for instance, the stock market, or even in crypto with firms like DRW. This statement raises a red flag. Now the powerful aspect of this, is decentralized funds, where anyone can run a fund. The OFM or open fund management seems to allow many new people to enter the space, find the best funds and make profits. In the whitepaper there is the statement that "Coin Traded Fund (CTF) CTFs will be managed automatically based on predetermined rules and will be inherently transparent." I don't know how this is possible when using exchanges. In addition the pre-selection of funds with lower price volatility is contrary to the idea of higher gains, firstly because almost all coins in crypto suffer from high volatility, and second high volatility is one of the biggest reasons funds and traders make large gains in crypto. The ICONOMI.INDEX FUND claims it will reflect the development of a credible cryptocurrency market. I am not sure what the definition of credible is, maybe more stable, or profitable? I would reckon the non-credible parts of the crypto economy are central exchanges, which may manipulate or have potential security concerns. Once again I question, how will tokens be acquired without using such exchanges, this definition needs to be expanded. I can continue but there are a number of unanswered questions. I am attempting to schedule an interview with the team and will update as soon as possible when I have it. Currently I am skeptical mainly.
