Telegram is an application that is one of the most crypto-currencies used by fans. Now, however, it is experiencing special moments. One of the largest ICO shares carried out by Telegram has been detained. Until now, about 200 investors have invested in the pre-sale, and funds have been accumulated amounting to approximately USD 1.7 billion. 

 This was stopped after the entity did not extend the pre-sale offer of TON tokens . The reason why the Telegram would do this is unclear, although it is supposed that it may be more and more new regulations. Some, however, argue that the reason is simply to collect adequate funds for the development of the platform on blockchain. The telegram is at least exposed to control by the SEC (the US Securities and Stock Exchanges Commission). This type of undertaking was positively evaluated by some evaluators such as the Satis Group. Published in this year's bulletin describing the TON cryptocurrency(Open Network Telegram) explains how it overcomes the limitations of other major virtual currencies, such as bitcoins. Using the same blockchain technology as the more-established rivals, TON would improve transaction times and fees, while allowing 200 million Telegram users to make payments using it. There was also a secondary market for TON tokens. It turned out that its holders are able to realize even more than 3-fold profits on the sale of a token, which has not yet been actively introduced to cryptocurrency exchanges (from the purchase price - USD 0.37 to USD 1.30 per piece). 

 Recently, however, the Telegram does not have an easy life because it was forbidden to use it even in a country like Iran or Russia . All this results (as it is presented) in terms of security.
