Those who will transact via the IAT platform using NIAT will get a lowered engagement rate. On the other hand, agents and brokers will be able to list assets that are either for sale or lease, wherein leasing will only be for long term in accordance with the country’s regulations.

The company DigiAssets Pte. Ltd. will generate revenue from selling and leasing company owned assets; from its asset management services, and by taking 5% fee for every successful rental transactions. There will also be revenue generated when agents and brokers use NIAT on the IAT platform for the listing of clients’ properties.
