The big advantage of blockchain is that it is decentralized. Nevertheless, until recently, almost all exchanges are not, and that is a big risk. There have been countless major hacks of major centralized exchanges. With an astronomical loss of 1 billion USD of crypto-assets.

The solution to this problem is a decentralized exchange, or DEX. With DEX you can store your crypto-assets on a hardware wallet, so you do not have to worry about leaving your coins on the stock market. Because there have been so many hacks, more and more DEX are appearing, but not yet for NEO. This is changing with Switcheo, the first NEP-5 DEX.

Why do we have to be so happy about it?
