INITIAL COIN OFFERING (ICO)

To implement Bankera's vision, we are launching an initial coin offering (ICO) to issue Bankera tokens on the public blockchain. The tokens called Bankers (BNK) will be issued during the pre-ICO and ICO. The pre-ICO will be launched to determine the hardcap (how many tokens to be issued totally) for the ICO, only 10% of the tokens will be distributed during pre-ICO. The HARDCAP during pre-ICO will be 2.5bn Bankers (BNK) tokens.

On the 28th of August 2017 at 12PM London time, Bankera will launch its pre-ICO to distribute 10% of the token supply to determine the price and HARDCAP (the total supply of tokens) for the ICO. The price of a token during the pre-ICO will be 1 euro cent (there is no minimum purchase amount), and the price during the ICO will depend on the total number of tokens issued during the pre-ICO according to the table below:

The pre-ICO will be conducted at SpectroCoin exchange, so to be able to participate in the Bankera's pre-ICO and get Bankers (BNK), you should open an account at SpectroCoin. Bankers (BNK) tokens will be issued as ERC20 compliant tokens for Ethereum blockchain and as NEM mosaics for NEM blockchain. The proportion between Ethereum and NEM tokens will be determined during pre-ICO and ICO depending on contributors' preferences.

Each holder of Banker (BNK) tokens will be entitled to a referral commission, paid weekly; this will be constituted of 20% of Bankera and SpectroCoin net transaction revenue. This will be implemented by taking 20% of Bankera's and SpectroCoin's net revenues and sending them to the smart contract. For example, if net revenues of Bankera for a week are 10,000,000 EUR, 2,000,000 EUR as referral commission will be sent to the smart contract.

Finally, the Bankera's smart contract will distribute funds (Ether and XEM) to the holders of Banker (ERC20 and NEM mosaic) tokens pro-rata. For example, if there are 50,000,000,000 BNK tokens available in total and you have 1,000,000 BNK you will receive cryptocurrency in a value of around 40 EUR.
