INTRODUCTION
When the subject of pollution is being discussed, people talk more about air pollution, especially exhaust from vehicles. They seem to forget the damages caused by dumping wastes and plastics indiscriminately on the land. The oil spill, litter, debris, etc. pollute the environment and release harmful substances into the atmosphere. The effect of this type of pollution is usually a long-term one; if it is not checked, it poses a huge threat to our health and the environment's natural resources.

Just as the name implies, the 3WM will focus on 3 areas: water, waste, and mobility. Those three areas are selected as the most concerning environmental issues in these modern days. Thus, this project is trying to develop solutions and support companies that bring significant improvement to the environment. And how they do that is by using cryptocurrency that dedicated to the circular economy of those three aspects.

3WM is the first to create a plant that can efficiently convert waste and plastics to bioenergy. This waste management plant called WTB(Waste to bioenergy) will succeed in converting any type of waste into bioenergy. Bioenergy is attracting the attention of stakeholders due to its clean energy which is used for electricity, biogas, and biofuel.
By the year 2025, 3WM aims to have installed nothing less than 60 WTB plants across the globe. The Waste-to-Bioenergy plants are environmentally friendly. These plants will be able to transform wastes into bioenergy without causing environmental pollution.
Thus, it is highly crucial to introduce a refined waste management system to help the entire world solve waste management problems and make tracking of waste easier and efficient.
The modern disruptive innovation called blockchain technology can be the decentralized waste platform to enable waste management authorities to conduct adequate waste disposal and processing for a cleaner, safer, and greener environment. The decentralized system birthed via blockchain technology comes in handy to introduce creativity and tech-savviness into waste management to motivate interested persons and organizations to adopt comprehensive environmental sanitation measures.
With blockchain-based waste management platform, people and several institutions can understand and select appropriate technologies and techniques suitable for any type of waste. For this process to be possible, accurate, and up-to-date data on waste is essential. Blockchain can be the required support to remove human errors and facilitate the accuracy of data in the waste management process.

3WM ECOSYSTEM

3WM Platform is the main part of the 3WM ecosystem which is an all-inclusive circular economy. This features
1.Waste collection, water treatment solutions, and plastic waste collection in exchange for 3WM tokens.

Certifying and labeling products aligning to best ecological standards with The 3WM Ecological Responsibility Label.
3.Rewarding community members with 3WM by initiating certain actions that would benefit the environment like great green disruptive ideas, with 3WM choosing the best members to participate in the project team.
The Platform is comprised of 3 layers which enable any one of the three tiers to use all the services provided by the platform and interact with the 3WM protocol to check or perform transactions on the Blockchain, with each partner of the platform having to create an account to provide basic data to utilize 3WM tech. An Ethereum address would be assigned to an account provided by the user to allow him to use the external and independent wallet.

Data Tier
Using IPFS and CDN, this is the database server where data is stored and retrieved mainly for data privacy solutions. Data in this tier is kept independent of application web servers or business logic. Blockchain distributed ledger will be used only to stored sensitive data as immutable and to manage the access of personal data and digital content through smart contracts.

Occupies the top level and displays data related to services available on a platform, communicating with Application and Data Tiers by utilizing the WEB3 library to interact with the Ethereum Blockchain smart contract or any additional external API.

Application Tier
Also called the middle tier, logic tier, business logic, or logic tier, this tier is pulled from the presentation tier. It controls application functionality by performing detailed processing like the API REST modules related to dedicated services (Fidelity and Rewards, Privacy
& Payment, One-click access, and Branded tokens). This Platform UI is accessible through a web interface by accessing the webserver and uses a
standard graphical user interface with different modules running on the application server-side. The relational database management system on the database server contains the computer data storage logic without any sensitive data stored.
