I think you overestimate how much power berniesanders has. He may be a whale here on Steemit, but he has not got the funds to influence the market to any substantial degree. The markets are quite clearly controlled by a network of bots which have unlimited funds. Bernie could dump everything he has and the market would recover almost immediately. You give the man boy far too much credit.
