Water is essential to human survival, and as some of us know, we can't survive more than three days without it. Something we could overlook is that, depending on the conditions, dehydration might set in mere hours. A clear or nearly clear urine is a good indicator that you are well hydrated. You may be dehydrated if your urine is a very dark yellow and/or you are urinating less frequently than usual.
