I took a vacation day tomorrow, my daughter has cheer in Edmonton. Time change happens tonight and we all lose an hours sleep, so it will be a rush to get Luke to Dayhome and Sam to the meetup by 9:15.

So I took a leap and busted my ass last night and this morning to get the chores done ✅ that means no yoga sesh yesterday or this am, hopefully get back on track tonight ❤️
