How you deal with it simple,you don't bother with it.It has nothing to do with you.
You are giving it more meaning than it has.You are taking on all that hurt,all that sadness and rejection and it has no meaning whats ever expect that you are feeling to choosing that way.This is not any thing think they do that is how you are reacting.
And their is no reason to do that,its not about you.
So please stop it,Don't Think of it.
