Ingredients for fajita recipe
- 500 gr calf shinitzel
- 4 onions
- 2 soup spoon margarine
- 1 reddish
- 1 pointed pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 2 soup spoon soy sauce
- Salt
- Black pepper
Fajita preparation
Thinly slice the meats longitudinally. Peel the onions and cut them into four pieces. Clean the peppers and finely chop.
Get a margarini in a chop. Add the meat and onions and fry them. Add the soy sauce and black pepper to the onion and add it to the serving bowl. Serve hot.
