Let’s banter about 🤔 If it’s ok to tell someone “It looks like their fingers stink”

Must people that usually try to forcefully shake hands look like they don’t wash them. Resulting in me looking before I leap and by leap I mean not touching theirs hands that look like they have been picking dingleberries all day. I work at a bank and it happens all the time.
