S.O.S - NOS ESTÁN MATANDO | THEY ARE KILLING US
Colombia needs international help, our government has unleashed a war against the people using the military forces, every night people who only fight for a better country die.
Colombia necesita ayuda internacional, nuestro gobierno ha desatado una guerra contra el pueblo haciendo uso de las fuerzas militares, cada noche mueren personas que solo luchan por un país mejor.
It is outrageous to live in this country, working, suffering the injustices of a government of "yupis" millionaires, absolutely far from the reality of the streets and that feed on corruption, governing under the premise of making the decisions that most benefit their own interests and feeling that "disgust" for the most humble people.
Es indignante vivir en este país, trabajando, sufriendo las injusticias de un gobierno de "yupis" millonarios, absolutamente alejados de la realidad de las calles y que se nutren de la corrupción, gobernando bajo la premisa de tomar las decisiones que mas beneficien los propios intereses y sintiendo ese "asco" por la gente mas humilde.
Several days ago this country started a National Strike, tired by so much abuse and mainly with the purpose of stopping a Tax Reform that would make us pay more for basic food products, in a country where a quarter of families have to live with only 2 meals a day, due to lack of income.
Hace ya varios día este pais inició un Paro Nacional, cansados por tanto abuso y principalmente con la finalidad de detener una Reforma Tributaria que nos haría pagar más por los productos básicos de la alimentación, en un país donde una cuarta parte de las familias tiene que vivir con solo 2 comidas al día, por falta de ingresos.
As the days passed, this movement became more popular and the government's response basically consisted of threats to stop the "acts of vandalism", which inflamed the crowd and turned a National Strike into a mobilization of Colombians in all regions and accompanied from all sectors. Now, almost all social movements in the country have joined this cause, truckers, taxi drivers, teachers, students, indigenous minga, artists and almost all Colombians fight for our rights.
Conforme pasaban los días, este movimiento se hacía mas popular y la respuesta del gobierno básicamente consistía en amenazas de detener los "actos vandálicos", lo que enardeció la multitud y convirtió un Paro Nacional en toda una movilización de colombianos en todas las regiones y acompañados de todos los sectores. Ahora, casi todos los movimientos sociales del país se han unido a esta causa, camioneros, taxistas, profesores, estudiantes, minga indígena, artistas y casi todos los colombianos luchamos por nuestros derechos.
Although it is true that some marches have infiltrated and carried out acts of vandalism, the good of us are more and the response of this government has been armed repression, they are firing indiscriminately at the protesting crowds, causing dozens of deaths and hundreds of injuries. many of them have lost eyes or members of their body, in addition to all the disappeared, many protesters do not return after they are captured.
Si bien, es verdad que algunas marchas se han infiltrado y han realizado actos vandálicos, los buenos somos más y la respuesta de este gobierno ha sido la represión armada, están disparando indiscriminadamente contra las multitudes manifestantes, provocando decenas de muertos y centenares de heridos, muchos de ellos han perdido ojos o miembros de su cuerpo, además de todos los desaparecidos, muchos manifestantes no vuelven después de que son capturados.
While the country is on fire, the main media RCN and Caracol are dedicated to covering up the government, refraining from reporting on abuses by the military and police, they have even broadcast false news to confuse people, so the Protesters have had to use live broadcasts on social networks from their phones and obviously the government's response was immediate, in cities like Cali, the epicenter of the marches, blackouts occur, there are cuts in internet service and everything so that the transmissions cannot go out.
Mientras el país está en llamas, los principales medios de comunicación RCN y Caracol se dedican a encubrir al gobierno, absteniéndose de informar sobre los abusos de las fuerzas militares y policía, incluso han emitido noticias falsas para confundir a las personas, por lo que los manifestantes han tenido que valerse de trasmisiones en vivo en redes sociales desde sus teléfonos y obviamente la respuesta del gobierno no se hizo esperar, en ciudades como Cali, epicentro de las marchas, ocurren apagones, hay cortes en el servicio de internet y todo para que las trasmisiones no puedan salir.
Here in Colombia the most basic human rights are being violated, the government is acting like a dictatorship, without listening to or respecting any international norms.

Aquí en Colombia se están violando los más básicos derechos humanos, el gobierno está actuando como una dictadura, sin escuchar ni respetar ninguna norma internacional.
NOS ESTÁN MATANDO
Lamento que estén pasando por esta triste situación. Ya en Venezuela tenemos larga experiencia en este tema. Unión, fuerza, resistencia... esa es la clave. Dios los cuide a todos.
