Why are you reading this? What brought you here, to this digital realm of the Internet?

In this virtual world we've created through technology, we are now offered a chance to recreate our world, to program a new world into existence. The startup era has brought about companies such as Facebook, Google, Amazon, Uber, etc, that are shaping our entire world into a more connected one, where people can finally learn to celebrate diversity and use technology as an extension of their will to improve the world and as a collective force for good beyond anything we've ever seen. Just think about it, we have the power to reach someone across the planet through a device that fits in the palm of our hands, something that once would have taken months of travel over sea and land. We could do things even kings and queens back then could only dream of. Do not take this for granted.

And it doesn't even stop there! Decentralization brings much needed balance to an overly centralized world. We're now stepping into a new "crypto" era of blockchain technology, along with AI and machine learning, virtual reality, etc. We could already see the positive changes, the legalization of Cannabis, this Steemit site, and generally a greater reach and of information and connectivity, a greater revealing of truth, and greater access to knowledge around the world. Think of the Internet as a collective hive mind of humanity. And now with the rise of blockchain, we are stepping into a new paradigm of a world without borders, without parasites and cancer of corruption and lies. Is there anything more important than the intelligent application of such technologies?

With great power comes great responsibility. With every step forward, we are taking two steps back if we don't harness the power of technology for good. We are all nodes in the network, with free will to choose a path of love, freedom, dignity, and abundance, or a path of fear, hatred, lack, and blame. A Facebook page I managed was hacked on December of 2016. It opened my eyes, to see how there are still malicious people in the world who do not see what is possible, who do not see that they can create a world where they no longer even need to steal or cheat. They fail to see the big picture, and that what goes around comes around. They fail to see their own purpose and true role for their world, and the significance of their own personal evolution as part of the whole evolution of our collective consciousness. It is what we were all here to do, as human beings, as universal beings sharing this home planet we call Earth.

A global platform (beyond government, religion, politics, borders, and all BS aside) for all our goods and services, run by smart contracts, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and algorithms that intelligently distributes our global resources in an environmentally sustainable way? Anyone? But it's not profitable so nobody is doing it, and we're too traumatized by a broken system to dare to dream and see bigger. Our instant knee-jerk reaction of "utopia isn't possible", or "that's communism" kicks in. We cling onto our money as a world that could be run without it awaits us. "What's in it for me?", they say. A better world for you to live in! Wake up and try to imagine what's possible if we could start from scratch, a clean slate, and work together as a world. This isn't another "ism". This is the cold hard truth, it is the only way we can fix this fucked up mess we've created, and the clock is ticking.

So at the very least, be aware of what we choose build and spread in this digital realm, as well as the world within and without (our conscience and our society); a vision of ideals and hope, or of fear and uncertainty that stems from lack of vision. So share this vision of a better world. Our world may still be far from perfect, but it is a responsibility each and every one has to ensure we are on the path of improvement. Hold each other accountable for hate, ignorance, and injustice. Forgive each other with compassion and empathy, and celebrate diversity (in opinions and beliefs, skin colors, religion and politics, etc) with an open mind, and with good intention. It really is this simple; everything else is a distraction. The blueprint to fix the world is already here in front of us, for us to take on, not some politician. The sooner we stop blaming, the sooner we take back our own power to make a difference. There is no greater mission for us to begin the journey within, because true change in the world starts with you, your neighbor, your family and coworkers, each and every one of us. True change and true revolution begins within. When even police, military, and government officials are on this level of consciousness, we will see an exponential growth in the improvement of our world, and technology.

We can solve insanely complex problems and we think we're so smart, but have we solved poverty? The problem isn't our lack of a solution, the problem is our lack of the intention to use what we already have in a manner to create a new system. The problem is we are still trying to solve a problem from the same level of consciousness that created it. Stop blaming government, they are made up of people just like you and I; just stop blaming each other. We plan to go to Mars, but we can't even fix and appreciate our planet first. We'll just end up bringing the same old crap to Mars.

Dream of a day when the qualities of goodness, truth, freedom, enlightenment, balance, empathy, and compassion as a whole, becomes the law, from which all other laws inherit from. Dream of a day when everyone's intention is good, and when all laws extend from this good intention. Dream of a day when the law will be code, the code that helps run our entire society. It is our inevitable destiny.
