Why is the US still friends with Saudi Arabia?
The mastermind of 9/11 was a Saudi national. And 15 of the people who were involved in the attack were Saudi nationals. It has been proven that some individuals and organizations from Saudi has been funding Al-Qaeda, while the government turns a blind eye. The government continue to allow the teaching of fandamental Islam called wahhabism in school's and mosque. The CIA also concluded that the crown Prince Salman was the one who ordered the execution of journalist Khashoggi in Turkey. They also torture for false confession from their prisoners and executes them after that. They imprison human rights advocates.
So why the biggest institution which claims to be the human rights advocate is still friends with such a government.
