The richest village in China - Huaxi

Hi friends. This time I want to write and to share a little information about something curious. It is about the richest village in China - Huaxi.

Nobody is absolutely sure about the count of the population. Somebody says that there are tens of thousands of people while the official touristic web page says about 350 000.

Although it is the richest village in China, Huaxi is very small. Its area is twice as much The Vatican.

Huaxi is created in the fifties with somewhere about 600 people population, but it was completely changed by Wu Renbao, the village's former secretary of the Communist Party. He creates 12 corporations in the village for the production of different things from textiles to steel. He even entered Huaxi in the commodity exchange of China. When Renbao past his way in 2013, twenty cars accompanying the hearse accompanied by a helicopter in the sky.

Today, there are about 2000 officially registered residents in the village, which enjoy the privileges such as luxurious houses, expensive cars, free health care, and education, and also free olive oil.

All locals must respect the strong social rules. The gambling and the drugs are strongly forbidden. Also, there are no bars, clubs, internet cafes, and karaoke anywhere. Actually, the village is designed by a way that the locals to not be distracted. They must work all day and go home after without a chance to hang out.

Another interesting thing is that if you leave Huaxi, you lose everything. Even the locals to get rich, they can't get their riches with them if they decide to leave the village.

For all people who stay, all these extras come at a high price. Everybody works seven days in the week without days off.

Somewhere 1/3 of the incomes of the village comes by the production of the iron and steel. Huaxi imports raw materials from India and Brazil and exports a production to more than 40 countries. Another part of the production is coming from the textile factories when the women work with the sewing machines. The village now owns 80 factories and it expanded swallowing the next villages.

Not everybody workers are locals - ten thousand foreigners work in the factories and in the tourism.
They don't receive anything from the extras of the locals.

In Huaxi, there are hope the tourism to become in the next flourishing industry. Somewhere 12 million visitors come every year to see with their own eyes this exemplary socialist village.

Homes and villas are in European style and they are identical with the Аmerican suburbias.

In Huaxi, there are many famous monuments from all over the world such as the forbidden city, the Great Chinese wall and many others. One of the newest attractions in Huaxi is 320 meters skyscraper, one of the highest buildings in the world. 74-floors hotel is coast somewhere about $500 million and it was built because of the fifth anniversaries of the village.
