Recently I am reading book which is amazing inside and out.
And funny enough explore the topic of staying young in holistic aspect.
I love everything what comes from Marisa Peer one of the most talented and result focused therapist in the world.
So I was surprise to see that I did not read this book till now!!! What a shame I would look younger few years ago already to start with. However this will be about what this mean to you and me in terms of keeping young and happy. I want you to pay attention to it as Marisa knows what she is talking about.

This book is a gem in terms of selfhelp, psychology and general health. The most crucial aspect in keeping yourself young is to change the way you thinking as thoughts are things and the most powerful and they impact your aging process significantly.
I am starting my few weeks challenge based on the principles of this book and I am expecting to look at least 10 years younger without cosmetic treatment, lasers etc. I am going to use the incredible power of the mind in shaping my new and younger body. Are you joining me in?
