Particularmente yo no eliminaría el termostato, debido a que la temperatura relativamente alta del motor, por debajo del punto de ebullición del agua es un parámetro necesario para el uso eficiente del combustible, ya que la computadora del vehículo interpreta que un motor caliente necesita menos combustible que un motor frió y así decide inyectar menos gasolina, aumentando el rendimiento del motor.
