Good, Good, Good, Good Vibrations...

Whoeyoooooo-whoo-ooooo...

Why would anyone, in their right mind, ever choose to live outside of this frequency?

...I mean, srsly.

People are all, "I hate da worldz...peeps be hatin' on me...well, screw 'em..."

I'm all like, "come on...just...no, just listen...just come on, man...come ow-yen."

Why let the world drag you down?  Are you really that weak?

Let me tell you a little story...

People be hate'n on me.  They get passive-aggressive with me.  They play mind games with me, which, to me, are blatantly obvious attempts to undermine my intelligence and/or integrity as a man/ human.  They do this frequently.  It happens nearly all the time, wherever I find myself mixing and matching with the diversity and multiplicity of this great planet.

They do all this and I, well, I mostly bob my head up and down to the beat of Good Vibrations, cuz that energy fills me from head to toe and they ain't nobody who's gonna bring me down from heaven, baby!

Ya dig?  Ya her me?

Dis is your world, get this straight!

Thee world, as in the planet, might be chaotic, but that's the object, you see?  The *subject*, as in YOU, are the experience, and that experience is contained 100% within your senses - your body and your mind.  This is to say, the world that you experience is 100% YOU.

Don't throw your power away, claiming yourself as a victim to a cruel world and then looking for hand-outs from those "cruel people."  Again, "come on...just, just come on..."

You're better than that.  You're brighter than that.

You have the power, and you have every right as a human being, to get your high for life back in sixth gear.  Just suck it up, admit that you were wrong to take your previous perspective.  Accept that you wasted all that time and energy on a futile stance.  Do this and be happy and free already, ya goof-ball.

Dung, dung, chick...dung, dung, chick...dung, dung, chick
Dung, dung, chick...dung, dung, chick...dung, dung, chick

Your name is mud!

Hey, man, that's another good beat to bob your head up and down to. Perhaps even a bit more playful than the Beach Boys' Good Vibrations.

We can't all be Good Vibrations - that would be much too boring. I'd rather sprinkle in some Vogue from Madonna. There's always a little room for some vanity, after all.

Variety is the spice of life.

  • Hard to beat the base-line in My Name is Mud, btw...or any songs by Primus, for that matter :)

Catch a whale and you'll be sitting on top of the world.
