Guava and Coriander Sauce - And benefits of eating guava and coriander
Have you every tried guava sauce? Guava sauce is one of the healthiest sauce. It is a quick recipe. It is made with basically 2 ingredients raw guava and coriander.
Preparation time is not very long. You can made it in 10-15 minutes. You can have it with sandwich, bread, fruits, rice, roti and main course food.
Guava has several health and skin benefits. Some of them are mentioned below :
- Guava is full of Vitamin C. Vitamin C improves our immunity and prevents us infections.
- It helps in controlling diabetes. Regular intake of guava helps in controlling blood sugar level.
- It is full of vitamin A also. Vitamin A helps in improving vision of us.
- Guavas contain vitamin B3 and vitamin B6. It help in improving blood circulation to the brain.
- It has anti ageing properties, due to these it helps to protect skin from wrinkles.
Ingredients :
- One big size raw guava. Remove his seeds and cut it into pieces.
- some coriander leaves
- 2 spoon of lemon juice
- 1 chopped green chilli
- Salt according to taste
- 1/4 tea spoon Black pepper powder
- 1/4 tea spoon Bire Noon or Black salt (optional)
- 1/2 tea spoon Roaster cumin seeds (jeera) (optional)
Quick Tip : Try to use these ingredients Black pepper powder, bire Noon or black salt, roaster cumin seeds (jeera) it enhances the taste of the sauce.

Steps for preparing guava sauce :
- Put all the ingredients in mixer jar.
- Blend until all the items mix well.
- Serve it in a serving bowl.
You can freely modify it as you like and let me know the modified version of it.
