Filmora elements not downloading? Here's a simple solution.

I had the same problem as you. I tried to download some elements (e.g. arrows, hearts, emojis, badges, etc.) in Filmora but the elements wouldn't download at all.

Everytime I clicked on an element or double-clicked on the download arrow, the download stayed stuck at 1% and it never completed the download.

Fortunately I found a simple solution which I will share with you in this video.

I've made this tutorial on a Windows 10 PC but this tutorial should also work for Microsoft Windows 7, 8 and 8.1.
