How to find God

 If you feel a strong desire to connect with God, this article will give you some tips on how to take the first steps to understanding who He really is. These steps will help you learn more, through research and experience.

 One 

You don't have to go to a Church or another temple to find God, although it may be useful to you. Find a temple where you feel good. Ask around where to find a good Church. If you're lucky, you'll find a spiritual Church that recognizes that God moves freely, without limits, and find good and receiving people. If you find such a place, it would be good for you to know what they believe. 

 Two 

Go to your local worship center if you want, as it can also be useful for your searches. 

 Three 

Look in your local library or bookstore. You will find useful books and videos about many different faiths in the religion Department of your local library or bookstore. 

  Four 

Keep your brain. Faith can be reasonable and reasonable. Faith is different from religious prejudice. As a seeker, you will seek reasons for your faith, truth in spiritual matters, and your own testimonies of the divine being. Open your mind to the supernatural, but don't be gullible. 

 

 Five

 Start your search with an open mind. Examine the evidence that supports faith in God. Be wary of people or organizations that mock God and faith or that profess the truth of God. Most churches have some truth. 

 Six 

Choose a man of faith. Ask him to give you a referral. It doesn't have to be a pastor, vicar, monk, or Evangelist. Just ask the person you respect for his or her personal beliefs. 

 Seven 

Make questions for your search:  Is there a God? 

 What are the signs or characteristics of God's nature? 

 How does a limitless being open up to a mortal? 

 What is God's judgment on humanity? 

 If humanity needs redemption, what is it? 

 Eight 

Talk to God. Most religions recognize prayer as the primary purpose of faith. Tell God about your search and why you decided to become a seeker. Ask God to help you understand His ways and the truth as you search. 

 Nine 

God can be in the plain sight. One of the reasons you chose to seek God is because your God is all you have ever seen from the first day, all that surrounds you. There is a very telling story that likens a person who is looking for God to a fish in the ocean looking for the sea. Is it really possible to look for something that you can never lose? 

 Ten 

Be prepared to give up the concepts of the nature of God that you may already have. It has been said that in order to find God, one must give up one's human, limited concept of who and what God is. Using your borderline mind to embrace the infinite is like asking a fish to swallow all the oceans of the world. You are sure to find something that will not be 100% ready. If that doesn't happen, then you're not honest with yourself in your search. 

 Eleven 

Be prepared to look outside of one organized religion. Religion and God are not the same. Their relationship is akin to the relationship between brand names and others. When you hear about one brand, you can automatically start thinking about the details, but not necessarily deciding with the name/brand to find God. 

 Twelve 

Think about reading the sacred books. Books, which are referred to as the Word of God, which are placed on the prophets and apostles (followers) of God, such as the Bible or the Koran. 

 Recommendations 

  You can find God more easily than you might expect, because God is looking for you too. "I love those who love me, and those who seek me will find me.” (Proverbs 8:17)) Read these examples of people who were looking for God: Aru, "Aru" and Rita. You can find God and with a very limited amount of faith, as small as a tiny mustard seed. If you live next to a Church that offers applicant meetings, you can start with that, but any music or service will probably carry a “message.” This can either help or hinder. Believe in God, you can find him everywhere in the spirit of things. Some temples offer "meetings” or “courses”in a more neutral environment, such as in a café or bookstore, to" ask a few questions about God." Such courses can help you in your search, but they can often be designed to guide you in a particular direction. 

 Warnings 

Once you believe you have found God, understand that some people will not appreciate your attempts to force them to instill your findings. Let's hope people start noticing improvements in your life and ask you about it. Also, understand that this is not an opportunity to preach to them EN masse, but rather a good time to share your personal experiences.

Keep in mind, no matter how convinced you become, there is always room for growth for faith. Decide to the best of your ability what you believe in and be committed.

When looking at "religious" texts, try to find the exact translations of the words that were used at the time of writing. Explore the origins of the concepts that came after the actual publication of these texts, which try to explain “what was really meant here was this and that”, since words tend to be amenable to cultural mutations over generations. Take note of the target audience and be careful with people who translate to you more than what is actually said. You may have to consider different translations to find out the ideas that were actually meant. Religious texts are meant to describe God, not replace him.
