Plan before work: why and how?

We often hear one thing, "half of a good plan work". When we have a lot of work and we are under tremendous pressure, we think about one thing and how fast the work can be done. A beautiful plan does not come to our mind or we do not want to waste time planning. Hope everyone will agree with me.

But the job is not right because a good plan is basically half of the work. If you do not plan, then you are more likely to waste time and since time is money, you are wasting time, not money.

People do not really think planning plans. Most people think of it as extra work. When we have extra time in our hands, we may be aware of the plan, but if the work is urgent and important, then the focus is on getting results of faster work than planned. In these cases, due to the lack of proper planning, many problems arise in the workplace and the increase in longevity.


                                           

Those who think of spending too much time in planning can not finish the work time, they always have a lack of time. And those who have planned lives always have extra time in their hands, which bring joy to their retirement.

Some of us think that the planning team or the big project is used for it. But it should be used daily in personal life. Not every work of our life will be planned. But for the maximum use and purpose of our time, we must know and do the things that we need to plan and do it.

     Write down the mistakes in the work so that mistakes can be made during the next plan.

Why plan in life?

1. A good plan is like a map. If we follow the guidance, we will know where we are? How much we have passed and how much more is needed to achieve our goal.

                                                                         


2. Plans save our time and money. It mainly reduces our exclusionary work and enables us to make the necessary parts visible only to us. We know that we have no repetition of the work. We will not always give our customers time to the meeting at the same time unless they need to meet the same purpose.

3. If we plan before doing any work, our brain is practiced and good ideas are generated. Because of the plans, we get an opportunity to see our work differently.

4. The plan shows us what to do? How to do? And how long will it take? It is also known from the plan which should also be included to complete the work.

4. Review your plan regularly.

5. Check how much is done in the middle of the job and how much is left.

10. Be free from the emerging similar problems every day.

11. If possible, give some work to someone in your team.

Most of us still start our day writing down the note or thinking. That is, most of us are capable of planning and we have a long experience in this regard. From the student life, we are well-versed in various plans. No plan could have been successful, and some plans might have failed. If you plan on using this skill at the beginning of each job, then it will be our chance to make it successful.
