Let's not raise the voice, let's start.First of all, you need two Android phones to create this CCTV camera.Data connection required.So let's get started..

Download the app from this link that uses the phone as a camera.And yes, the phone has to be downloaded from the phone to the camera.Otherwise it will not work.Please follow the screenshot below.
Start Server Click here..

Then Action option click here..

Then copy IP to clipboard here..

After copying, send the message to your phone that will watch the video.If you want you can write IP.Open your Chrome browser on that phone.Then paste the IP and browse it.

Click on the Browse button to see the video..
