Another House Flip is Ready to List!
I bought this house in September and it was rented to tenants. The house was super cheap because it was hard to show with the tenants. It was also only a one bedroom. We bought it for $80,000 and you can see the before video below.
We added another bedroom, painted, put in flooring, a kitchen, redid the bath, put on a roof and fixed up the garage.
We are going to list around $175,000 and put about $20,000 to $25,000 of work into it. We will have another $12,000 or so in carrying, and selling costs.

You might have missed the before video. It was a mess when we bought it.
