Made a batch of hot sauce yesterday

Had a couple of Carolina Reapers that were ripe and ready to pick off of my hydroponic plant, so I decided to make a batch of hot sauce. This batch is a pineapple reaper sauce and it came out super tasty and just enough spice to know you're eating something with a superhot, but not enough to cause serious pain. I also really like how the color came out on this batch, it stayed a nice bright yellow/orange instead of darkening to a reddish brown like some of my other sauces have.

I know the pictures make it seem like i am currently making it, but I saved the images from my in stag ram story from yesterday, so it is a day later than when I actually posted them on instagram, but you guys just gotta follow me over there if you really wanna stay up to date.
