I buy high and sell low - whats your trading style ?
Unfortunally most of the time, I really trade like that.
Even if I'm sure that some coin is a serious one and it's worth will grow, I chicken out as soon as some people dump their stack.
I guess my trading skills are quiet ... well u know what I mean right...
But hey, someone has to do it. Otherwhise no profits for the others.
Anyways - stay with what u are good in, and don't keep failing with stuff u dont feel comfortable with.

Buy once, hold and rebalance. And those have to be stocks, not currencies.
Ok, I have to admin, that holding is a bit harder for me.
I always want to gamble if I have some crypto left.
"Just a little bit profit ... " you know ?
Ending in bust all the time ... and/or in selling by far too early.
I try to stop it tho, but its not as easy as it sounds :S
It may help to clear your mind from neurotic motivations. Self-analysis, meditation and things like that.
