God doesn't promise us health, wealth, or prosperity. If that were true there wouldn't be millions of Christians with health problems or children with health problems or Christians with financial problems.
God doesn't promise us health, wealth, or prosperity. If that were true there wouldn't be millions of Christians with health problems or children with health problems or Christians with financial problems.
God did promise us health, wealth, longevity etc. Genesis 12:2, Genesis 22:17, Hebrews 6:14, Psalm 91:16 etc
And 2 Corinthians 1:20 says, "For as many as are the promises of God, they all find their Yes [answer] in Him [Christ]. For this reason we also utter the Amen (so be it) to God through Him [in His Person and by His agency] to the glory of God." Amp.
However, He did not say there won't be problems and challenges but He said despite all the challenges and problems, we should be of good cheers because He has overcome them for us. (John 16:33), Psalm 34:19
What we should do in these times of challenges, knowing that God is true to His word (promises), is to reject the lie of the devil, resist him steadfastly in the faith and he will flee from you because he has lost from the beginning. (James 4:7),
