Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is coming to Kazi Nazrul University in the city of Asansol, West Burdwan, West Bengal's insurgent poet Kazi Nazrul Islam. On 11th birthday (May 26th), Kabir Nazrul's birthday is coming.

On that day, a special convocation ceremony will be handed over to the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina by the university on 'honorable de-litt'.

Apart from this, two more personalities will be handed over in honorable de-litt. They are Bollywood star Sharmila Tagore and renowned scientist of India's atomic research center SM Yusuf.

Kazi Nazrul University Vice-Chancellor Professor Sadan Chakraborty told the first light on Saturday that the convocation festival will begin on May 26 at 11pm. The first phase will be special convocation. On this occasion, the Honorable De-Lit will be handed over to Sheikh Hasina and three gunas. After this, a special reception will be given to 20 gold medal students of the University at the main convocation festival. After that 450 students will also be given degree certificate.

Nazrul Islam was born in Churulia village near Asansol. But now it is not known whether Sheikh Hasina will go to Churulia. 19 years ago Sheikh Hasina came to Nazrul's birth centenary during the reign of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Vice Chancellor, Chhatra Chakraborty said that this honor is being given to Sharmila Tagore and prominent scientist SM Yusuf for special contribution to Indian cinema.

Now this is the third convocation festival in this university. Last year Bangla Academy president and Emeritus of Dhaka University
Professor Dr. Anisuzzaman University gave this title to Nazrul University
.

On 25 May Sheikh Hasina will go to Santiniketan in Birbhum district. There, he will inaugurate the building built in the Vishwa Bharati premises. The government of Bangladesh has constructed this building at a cost of 25 crores.

Acting Vice Chancellor of Visva-Bharati University Professor Sabujkili Sen told the first light that Bangladesh's Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is coming to Santiniketan on May 25 to inaugurate the Bangladesh Bhaban. But he has not yet received any letter in this regard. Again there is no confirmation that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's coming to Santiniketan that day.

Before the Bangladesh Prime Minister's visit, a delegation of the country's Ministry of Culture will come to Santiniketan.

Bangladesh Minister for Culture Asaduzzaman Noor visited Santiniketan on 17-18 April to see the progress of construction of the Bangladesh building. He also held a meeting with Viswabharati Vice-Chancellor on 18 April. A 12-member delegation from Bangladesh who came from Dhaka joined the meeting.

In the meeting, Acting Vice Chancellor informed Bangladesh Culture Minister Asaduzzaman Noor about the progress of the construction of Bangladesh Bhaban. The Vice Chancellor told the Bangladeshi minister that the construction work of this building was almost done. The rest of the work is now in the library, archive etc. It will certainly be the Bangladesh government.

Visva-Bharati gave two bighas of land for building Bangladesh. And the government of Bangladesh has given 25 crore rupees to construct this building. In September 2011, during the visit of India's then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to Bangladesh, proposals for constructing Bangladesh's building in Santiniketan were accepted. In Bangladesh Bhaban, there will be many memorabilia of Bangladesh's history and heritage, including historical information, library, auditorium, various information related to Bangladesh, paintings of Bangladesh's Liberation War. There will be information about Rabindranath's location in Bangladesh, history, memorabilia and painting.
