Why Hong Kong housing is so expensive?!

"Because the Mainland Chinese people keep pouring in!!... "

Well, that's what most people, let's say 99.99% think, but if everyone is thinking alike, somebody isn't thinking. And do not expect foreigners or mainstream media to tell you the truth. If they know the truth the problem would have been solved 21 years ago (1997).

Let's go with the simplest method by checking the google map of HK and Singapore.

See the difference between HK and Singapore? Yeap, there are plenty of land in Hong Kong! So Why the plug are there so many country parks? Are there many tigers, pandas and elephants require that much of space then human beings? Well, we have to go back 40 years and talk about history.

The British Government enacted the Country Parks Ordinance(Cap.208) in 1976 and established the country parks in Hong Kong. So the parks can not be touched! But can't the current government do something about it? Well, the British Government have thought about that too, they won't make it so easy for you because their goal was to destroy the middle class and the Chinese people..so they set up all the rules and hurdles and form the legislative council, placed some puppets members in the council to put a break on all the good policies. With the help of fake news media like TVB, Cable, RTHK and Apple daily, 20 years have passed, most of the HK people still do not grasp the real source of the problem.

It's quite easy to figure out the problems if you compare HK with Singapore and next door - Shenzhen. Shenzhen has no such problem and the living standard QOL is higher than HK despite higher population then HK. I have the right to say that because I have lived in both places.
