Canning, dehydrating, preserving, cheese making, curing, smoking, fermenting, animal husbandry (milking, kidding, raising, butchering and so on) weaving, sewing, crochet & textiles, carpentry, wild crafting, bush skills, gardening.

I've read some of your posts, you seem to know a fair bit about homesteading already. Solar, captured rainwater, wood stoves, that wood mill you were transporting home. I think you've got plenty of things you could teach us about!
I get overwhelmed by the folks that know everything about something on here. I learn and do just enough to get the job done. I feel like that's a long way from a real skill. I always say I know a tiny bit about everything but I don't know everything about anything.
