this is great and i agree with so much that you say, I have a real good knife and a Creuset too, waiting on getting a real good cast iron pan though, fo me I would add my juicer and blender as essentials, love my juices and love making pestos, hummus etc and raw cakes def need a blender for those although I do have a great mortar and pestle which i used before nut just took so long and with 3 kids now, time is so important xxx
