It's time to can!!

I have all my jars and equipment ready and inspected! Now I am waiting for the produce. The small beginnings have started with peas, beans and cherry tomatoes. And the onions! I do not know what I did different this year, but WOW! they have gone nuts. I will give credit to just the right conditions in southeast Ohio. We mulched heavier this year with clippings to help retained moisture during a hotter than usual April.
