Yes!

My resolution to live healthier was born watching my father in law die and seeing my mother in law's poor health and the toll it takes on her body.

I don't want to die when my kids are thirty. That's my mantra this year and it's been motivating my small progressive changes. It's paying off as I see my wife and kiddos starting to make changes too :)
