Dear @squdsi1. You tap into something here, that I can not share any personal experience. Yet I followed Richard Perkins (whom I admire a lot) 2017 season closely on youtube last year and I remebered the following video.
On a commercial farm scale I guess what he is saying is worth listening to.
@my-permaculture thanks for the share. Great video. The idea of free labour is very deceiving. The farm does not work because of free labour! I agree that it is bulls**t. The farm works and therefore, it can use and manage free labour. If the farm is not working without free labour, IT WILL NEVER WORK WITH FREE LABOUR. Very appreciative of your comment. Thanks a bunch!!!!
