Very good advice!! So many people buy land with the intention to do ....... and then find out that they can't legally do any of it!!

Thank you so much! Of course your vote is valuable. Maybe not in terms of money, but in terms of support, it means the world to me! Mine is only worth about two cents at this point. Soon enough we'll both carry more weight. Maybe I should have said clout, haha.
