AN EGG CAN MAKE DIFFERENT DISH IN OUR TABLE

Hello fellow steemian community . I want to share to you simple Filipino dishes always present in our table. It can serve in our breakfast, lunch and dinner or even snacks. This food is always the best dish of many children in the Philippines. It is simple but delicious.

An egg can make us different dish as we want.

A scrambled egg is cooked by scrambling the egg in our plate. We have a choice to put a tomato . then put in the pan with oil then wait until it was cook.

We other way to prepare egg by cook directly in the pan with oil.


A boiled egg is cooked by placing the egg in the pot with water over a high heat. Then place the egg on the and wait until it was cooked. Then transfer hard boiled egg to bowl with cold water and let cool. Then get the skin of the egg and ready to eat.

we can serve a salted egg in our table.
Can you ask yourself how to make an egg salted? Based on my experience when i was a student we put the egg in the mud with salt until 2 days. Then clean the egg and boiled it until cooked. When you taste egg it was salty.
