Thanks for stopping by and your kind words. I keep my wine in my canning room that is downstairs and built under our front porch. Stays about 55F in there. I have a picture in my post.
Is having a room under a porch a rare thing for people? I think I do not normally see it but it is a a good use of space. I love design and I used to draw blueprints of houses as a kid and thought about it. Good work with the wine and the canning. Yes, canning is a great thing to do.
It is not rare here in the country. If people have a basement, they usually have a canning room. We made it under the porch so that it has two sides against Earth and that keeps it even cooler.
