Wow, if that's your indoor garden..it looks as though you have it right down pat. I marvel at indoor gardens. They are a lot of work. And unless you have a green thumb it could be challenging. It takes a lot of experimenting to find out wether something you try works or not. But this is a viable source of food over time and it for sure will taste better when you grow it yourself and you'll know what was given to the plants when they were growing. Great article inform people on what it takes to make an indoor garden and what they need to do to make one successful.
