@powellx5 I think it would be too flimsy to do like this... BUT... for relatively nothing you could buy some of the pvc conduit (get the conduit and not pipe) with the UV rating you could bend two of those and run the fence over the top of it. One thing I've done is used some old 2" water pvc waterline that I had from a construction job that they were throwing away and I bent it and it was rigid enough to do as a greenhouse on the side of my house.
