You are not alone good sir. I’ve had some kombucha that’s turned me off as well. What didn’t you like about it ? Or perhaps what do you like in a drink ? Perhaps I or others here could give your wife some tips to try to make it in a way that more fits your taste. It’s really a very mauable drink. My wife hates the strong vinagary stuff that I like but she adores the more light and sugary mixes ... something’s I think she just likes the opposite of what I do for fun though

Ah well you’ve had a bad experience with some kombucha that’s not to your taste. There is definitely ways to make it that are super light on the vinegar end and very tasty in the fruity end. Just don’t ferment it for too long and try a sugar and fruit blend in the blender and add it to whatever you use to bottle it afterwards. Best of luck.
