TUTORIAL OF MAKING CABBAGE STUFF

Long before I didn"t expect that I could make this kind of food.I thought cabbage is only good for making soup and salad.
Now I want to show ypu how to cook it.This is not simpleWe need a little bit patient in doing these.

WHAT WE NEED ARE;
4 CUPS GLUTINOUS RICE
6 BIG ONION
I CLOVE GARLIC
6 PCS TOMATO
I SMALL TOMATO PASTE
4 MAGGI CUBES
2 BUNCHES OF HERBS (SHABAT IN ARABIC)
4PCS POTATO
LEMON

PROCEDURE:
SLICE THE ONION TO A VERY THIN AND SMALL PCS WITH THE GARLIC.SAUTE IT UNDER GOLDEN BROWNTHEN PUT THE THINLY SLICED TOMATO CUBES.LEAVE IT ON FIRE UNTIL TOMATO BECOME LIKE A TOMATO PASTE THENPUT THE TOMATO PASTE AND MAGGI CUBES ANG MIX IT TOGETHER.20180217_204211.jpg

SOAK THE RICE FOR 15 MINS.

On the other pan,bring the cabbage to brisky boling and slice it to rectangular size20180217_203422.jpg
After soaking the rice add it on the top of the tomato paste.Then put and mix the herb20180217_204033.jpg
Get ready the pan put the sliced potato

Put a little amount of rejected slice of the cabbage.Then begin to.put rice on the small rectangular cabbage and roll it to close one by one until finish20180217_214928.jpg
File it on the pan so very closed tp each other so it might not be open.20180217_214937.jpg
Get another pan put enough water then put maggi cubrs to taste and tomato paste!Pour it on the top of the ready to cook cabbage stuff.20180217_215035.jpg
Start to cook it with a very low fire temperature.Before closing the lid,you have to put a heavy cersmic plate to compressed them.inside and wont be open when it brings to boil.20180217_215111.jpg
After 15min.minute remove the plate to continue cooking unter rice is tender and ready to eat.20180217_223654.jpg
Leave for another round in the fire to make the cooking complete and serve while hot.20180217_223709.jpg
Try to taste only one to make it sure it is already good to eat20180217_223743.jpg
It is really so yummy.You can eat it anytime on your meal.Eating 10pcs on it could make your tummy full.
When I am going to sell it,I will arrange it with 60pcs in an aluminum foil with a cost of 50SR.(650 PESOS).I AM ACCEPTING ORDER FROM SAUDIAN PEOPLE NOT FOR FREE.
WE COULD EAT IT WITH LEMON TOO.
