Its apple time - Austrian apple struden.

Hey again steem now is autumn and you can find many apples in garden, so today i will show you how to make something very delicious from them.

Today i want to talk about apple struden. I think its Austrian food but we can make it in any part of a world:)

Apple struden recipe :

Ingredients

For dough:
Wheat flour - 250 gram
Salt (pinch)
Vegetable oil - 40 ml
water - 125 ml

For filling :
Apples (medium size) - 7
Sugar - 100 gram
Cinnamon- 1 tea spoon
Vanilla sugar - 1 tea spoon
Breadcrumbs -50g

Also i suggest to add raisin and you can test with nuts(i will use raisin )

Step1:
Make dough - first take flour and add 1by1 all ingredients for dough and start mixing it all.It will take around 5 minutes.
Step 2: Take another pan/pot.
Take apples -peel them and cut to the cubes ( also remove middle of apple with seeds ) and add to empty pot
Step 3: Add to apples all ingredients from fillings with rosin or nuts. All mix.
Step 4: Stretch dough and make it like big carpet ;) (not sure about analogy lol)
Step 5 : Add our fillings to dough and turn it into roll.
Step 6: Now we lubricate with oil baking sheet and putting roll to baking sheet and lubricate roll too.
Step 7: Now sending our strudel to oven heated to 200 degrees, for around 30 minutes.

I think in restaurants they add ice cream to it :)
