In the Daddykirbs Greenhouse Today
It's June in South Texas... yeah that means it's hot. The greenhouse isn't good for much green at this time. It makes a better oven, than a growing space. Why not utilize that?
A few weeks ago I put some seeds in the greenhouse in a mesh drying rack. They dried beautifully. Notice the temp is perfect for dehydrating.
This little guy didn't seem to mind the heat as it was chomping on a vine that grew into the greenhouse.
Here's one to gross you out. Ok, not in the greenhouse but instead in the chicken coop. A nest of baby rats.
Agree on a greenhouse being a oven! Even with 2 doors open the heat is bad...
A nest of baby rats in the chicken coop?
Ah.. ok.. food for he chicken!
¡Rats! , a plague anywhere.
That's an excellent idea! As long as it doesn't exceed 145F, it's a very good use of the heat.
Just curious, but what is your humidity level?
Today it is recorded at 51% ... oh, and look it's not 100F yet today!
Whew! I could not do 100F much. But 51% isn't bad compared to the days of 90%+ we just went thro.
And how did you take care of said rats?

Aquí en Venezuela, en el oriente se está sintiendo mucho calor. Aunque nos está favoreciendo que hay mucha brisa!
I think it's a good time to spray @daddykirbs.
