Every dollar I don't have to pay the tax man is a dollar in my pocket. Being almost totally self-sufficient is a blessing. Teaching your children to also live a self-sufficient debt free live is truly worth it...

    Yup, all I can do is teach them. They can choose otherwise if they want, but I've already "been there and done that."
