A: That depends on the version of the story of Snow White. If you are going by the 1937 Animated Disney version, the names of the seven dwarfs were:
Doc, Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, Bashful, Sneezy, and Dopey
There are 18 different versions of this tale.. And 18 different sets of names for the dwarfs!
