Pallet frame workshop

So I wanted a good size workspace for as little cost as possible, so I had the idea to use free, reclaimed pallets.
The pallets formed the main bulk of the frame which was held firmly in place by cladding it with ply. Again I sourced this for free.
My only cost was the second hand corrugated sheets for the roof ( £25 in total ) and the screws.
I also clad the front elevation with Larch, bark edge timber which is a by product from my local sawmill which I payed a meer 12 pence per foot.
As you can see I experimented with shingles to clad the outside but it I didn't have anywhere near enough!
I hope this inspires some shed builders out there!! :-)

Very nice. I use pallets for all my hog pens and my goat pens that I double stack. Your workshop actually looked just like a smaller goat pen before you put the walls on it. The pallets are very strong and I have had pens out in the rain and sun several years that still work just fine. So many uses for pallets. I build very similar houses for my livestock in padlocks like that also. Hope you have a large supply of free pallets at your disposal because you know how to use them.

I am glad that we are not in the same area pulling from the same supply of pallets. LOL I have seen people willing to fight over free pallets. Hope you have access to all the pallets you need.

It's amazing what you can make, construct and use pallets for. I have seen so many websites showing things made from pallets and I am always impressed with the end results.
