one day maybe try TYRES compacted with dirt, layered like bricks, and plastered over, They last forever it seems l-) good luck hope the walls holds for some time!

yep worth a look, this pic is of a wall very tall, and turfed.. no cement here! ive had 20ft walls retained for 12 years now.. all good!
